3rd Awareness Summit on ILLNESS TO WELLNESS
The Wellness Summit 2025, scheduled for March 21st and 22nd, brings together experts, educators, and health advocates for two impactful days dedicated to preventive healthcare and holistic well-being. Day 1 opens with an inaugural session, followed by discussions on women’s health, highlighting the role of preventive care, nutrition, reproductive wellness, and mental health practices across all stages of life. A focused session on mental and brain health explores strategies for awareness, early signs, and the impact of lifestyle. The conversation then shifts to chronic disease management among the elderly, addressing conditions like heart disease, dementia, and joint issues, alongside the role of screenings, technology, and multidisciplinary care. Post networking lunch, the summit dives into the principles of AYUSH, exploring how ancient systems like Ayurveda and Yoga enhance physical, emotional, and preventive health. The final session of the day centres on heart health, offering a life-stage approach to cardiovascular wellness. The day concludes with a special session and awards ceremony, followed by high tea.
Day 2 begins with a session on air pollution, discussing its health impacts, mitigation strategies, and policy initiatives. This is followed by insights on AI and digital tools in wellness, covering personalised care, wearable tech, diagnostics, and telehealth. The summit then addresses the importance of liver and kidney health, risk factors, early signs, and lifestyle choices. A dedicated session on eye health explores the effects of excessive screen time and the importance of vision care. After lunch, the focus shifts to schools in a session on the role of educational heads in promoting hygiene, physical activity, mental health awareness, and nutrition among students. The final session discusses the interconnection of diabetes and thyroid health, exploring the combined role of diet, lifestyle, and medication. The summit concludes with a special session and awards ceremony, followed by a networking high tea. Across both days, participants will engage in critical conversations and collaborative opportunities to shape a healthier, more informed society.
