Webinar On Building Immunity
Nutritious food, a healthy lifestyle, and proper hygiene practices are prerequisites to protect ourselves from the virus including coronaviruses by strengthening our immune system. A healthy lifestyle involves nutritious food, practicing hygienic habits, regular exercise, emotional & mental health, and adequate sleep as well.
A healthy body plays a highly significant role to prevent and respond to any deadly infection including coronaviruses. Furthermore, it is worth noticing fact that our homemade food recipes provide all the essential ingredients to strengthen and maintain our immunity.
Nowadays, schools are re-opening and students are the most vulnerable group to be affected by potential viruses and any other critical diseases. In this regard, healthy food habits and hygiene practices among the students, children, and youngsters are the ‘need of the hour’.
With the objectives to cascade awareness and disseminate wisdom about the importance of a healthy lifestyle, balanced diet, and hygiene practices to stay healthy and lead a prosperous life, under Illness To Wellness campaign, ASSOCHAM organized a webinar on “Building Immunity Through Healthy Food and Hygiene Practices Among Students†and was scheduled on Wednesday, 8th December 2021 from 11.00 AM To 12.30 PM.
