Webinar On Covid-19 Vaccination For Children
India responded to the COVID–19 pandemic very promptly & proactively by successfully launching the world’s largest vaccination drive with a focus on universal coverage of eligible populations through safe and effective vaccination interventions along with deploying brilliantly conceived multi-pronged strategies to protect against the coronavirus pandemic. However, despite the fullest endeavors, the entire world is still sitting on the brink of another wave of a COVID–19 pandemic in the form of omicron variant of coronavirus.
The Government of India is meticulously planning to initiate COVID–19 vaccination for children and kids under the age of 18 years who have co-morbidities like obesity, heart disorders, diabetes, etc. Amidst, the decision of reopening the schools across the country, the potent question is to keep children safe from the coronavirus disease (Covid-19) through vaccination drive.
With the objectives to cascade awareness and disseminate wisdom about the importance and the need of vaccination among children as well and to clear the doubts, inhibitions, or hesitations about the efficacy and safety of the vaccine and eventually to protect against this severely critical coronavirus disease for a healthy life, under Illness To Wellness campaign, ASSOCHAM organized a webinar on “COVID–19 Vaccination For Children†on Wednesday, 15th December 2021 from 3.00 PM To 4.00 PM
