Webinar On Need Of Booster Dose Covid-19
Another wave of Covid–19 is expecting and aggravating the fear among the public regarding the health catastrophe worldwide. In India, the world’s largest vaccination drive was launched on 16th January 2021 with the objective to initially cover the healthcare workers. Later, in February 2021, it was also expanded to cover front-line workers. The second phase of the program began in March 2021 which included citizens above the age of 60 and subsequently, people above the age of 45 with comorbidities.
In India, under this drive, approximately 1.2 billion COVID-19 vaccines are administered till date. The available COVID–19 vaccines proved highly effective to develop antibodies eventually to fight against and win over the massive spread of pandemic.
Now, people are realizing that a booster dose of covid vaccine is essentially required to maintain their antibodies level to fight against this pandemic.
