Globally, the emergence of coronavirus new variant, Omicron has once again aroused fear among people. No country is out of the woods from the pandemic.

As the higher risks of this virus is evolving so it is imperative to understand that we all need to take collective measures and necessary precautions to prevent further spread of Omicron. Government is reiterating and urging people to abide by COVID norms and appropriate behaviour

Omicron variant is prevalent among both non-vaccinated and vaccinated population. However, the latter are more likely to report milder symptoms.
